Hi everyone. I don't speak Swedish sorry (but I might after I've read all your posts on this site <!--emo&:D-->
<!--endemo--> ), but here is some picture's of my car here in England and the modifications list. It has had around £6500 of modifications added to it and has 182bhp at the wheels (etimated 225bhp at the flywheel).
Next year I hope to fit a Rotrex Supercharger and Toda Race Header to get around 280bhp at the wheels (about 350bhp at the flywheel).
Engine:
Hondata K PRO
AEM V2 Induction
Earthing Kit
Tanabe SMR Exhaust
J's Racing Engine Damper
Spoon Resevior Covers
HKS Spark Plugs
DC Sports Battery Strap
AEM Fuel Rail
Transmission:
Toda Hi Power Clutch
Toda Hi Power Flywheel
Quaife LSD
Neuspeed Short Shifter
Chassis:
Spoon Progressive Springs (-25mm)
TDi North (UK Tuner) Fast Road Alignment
Rear Camber Adjusters
5mm Wheel Spacers (Front)
Rota Subzero 18" Alloy Wheels
Toyo Proxes T1R 215/35/18 Tyres
Spoon Brake Calipers
Spoon Brake pads (Front)
JDM Rear Anti Roll Bar
J's Racing Strut Bar
Body:
Vis Racing Carbon Fibre Rear Spoiler
A lot of pictures. I hope you enjoy.

Thanks.

Cheers everyone! <!--emo&:D--><!--endemo--> I didn't think you'd all like it that much....
co2- - Yeah I like the idea of the Rotrex. It gives the best overall power between that and the Jackson Racing from what I read.
The Rotrex has a narrow power band though, where the Jackson Racing has a better spread of power over all the revs. Either way it's getting forced induction... Chase some Evo's <!--emo&:D--><!--endemo-->

Cool! You must be one of the few CTR's owners that have focused more on handling than on engine power. When I first started reading your post I thought that you had added one 0 too many in the cost for the upgrades since you "only" had 225 hp at the wheels. But I realise that the £6500 figure is correct when I see all the other upgrades (breakes, Quaife LSD, clutch, coilovers etc etc)!
Great job!
I really like the blue Spoon calipers! But I'm not that fond of the rear spolier...
Carbon fibre is not my favourite, but that's just me!

Really nice car you've got there!
Just as Steffo I asked myself what you could have spend £6500 on before I even read the specs <!--emo&:)--><!--endemo--> I love the sub zeros and the blue calippers!
One more thing you should do though is to get a different induction kit like the mugen airbox or a gruppe m.
One thing I don't get is why lots of you brittish people ( <!--emo&;)--><!--endemo--> ) buy a diffrential instead of a brand new JDM gearbox wiv a built in diffrential for about £~876?
Now go tell more of your english Honda friends to come visit us here on swedish Honda Performance Club and have a chat <!--emo&;)--><!--endemo-->

<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
The standard front disc's are big enough for fast road use.
In the future I'll swap them for some DBA discs. But the power of the brakes for the power my car has now is more than enough. It stops very fast, fade free everytime.
The blingfactor is a nice bonus though! <!--emo&:D--><!--endemo-->

Upgrade the handling and transmission before going for big power. No point in accelerating twice as fast if you can't stop or turn as well. In my opinion. <!--emo&;)--><!--endemo-->
I thought about painting the spoiler, but it grew on me and now I really like it.

Good point. I'm going to swap to the AEM Long Ram that puts the filter in front of the front wheels. The V2 is overrated, I don't really like it, gets a lot of rain spray from the left wheel and rubs on the tower bar <!--emo&:(--><!--endemo-->
As wriid said though, I would like the GruppeM, but the Dyno graphs seem to show the AEM Long Ram makes as good power. GruppeM = £450, AEM Ram = £190. <!--emo&--><!--endemo-->
But I'm not a big fan of the Mugen. It does not make good BHP so you just pay for the 'cool' factor of the Mugen name.

Oh wriid, you're right I don't actually know anybody that has fitted the JDM box in a UK Type R. It must have been done. The Quaife cost £550, but I think it's better than the JDM. Not as rough. The Quaife is very progressive. Also I think the JDM is a plate diff, which can wear out and break. The quaife is non maintenance so I don't have to worry <!--emo&--><!--endemo-->
